I.A.M. S&P Section 1.1 Mission Statement:
“The members of The Idaho Assembly Militia, an Organized and Well Equipped/Trained Militia shall ever stand, as have our Forefathers before us, first to God, from Whom we acknowledge the Authority and Source of all Rights, Guarantees, and all the Blessings of our Republican form of self-governance and to our native soil, idaho. We therefore solemnly Attest and Promise: To promote and defend the unalienable God-given rights and guarantees of all Idahoans and Americans, and The Public Law of and for Idaho, and our American Public Law.
To promote, protect and defend the principles of Lawful Republican government bequeathed to us by our forefathers to whit, that the principles of our Unanimous Declaration of Independence shall endure for all time. That the integrity of our Land and soil jurisdiction courts be ever incontemptable, providing that they shall respect and protect the Lives and Property of the living people upon idaho, including but not limited to, upholding the due process of law, and preserving the right of trial by jury of our peers.
That all power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on the authority thereof, and instituted for the protection their Life, Freedom and Property; for the advancement of those ends they have at all times an unalienable and indefeasible right to alter, reform, or abolish the government in such manner as they may think proper.
That our republican form of government shall being instituted for the advancement of constructive civilization, the doctrine of nonresistance against arbitrary power is absurd, slavish, and destructive of the good and happiness of all mankind.
That all just and proper government is servant of the people who have instituted it, that the people upon idaho should never by force nor coercion be obliged to anything styled as “law” which has not been promulgated by their duly elected fiduciaries, nor any as may be promulgated by them to bear conflict to the rights or guarantees of the people, so that no government shall be made master of the people upon idaho.
To promote and propagate The Idaho Assembly Militia as a well regulated, (trained and equipped) Public Militia knowledgeable in historical precedent and current affairs, that is composed of both American State Nationals (non-commisioned) and State Citizens (commissioned).
To develop a cohesive, logical, rational and competent command structure.
To train and prepare our members in the many disciplines necessary to the function of the militia as a whole and to the members individually.
To educate and train our members in areas of history, law and principle as compiled in the experience and records of our forefathers.
To keep informed all State Nationals/State Citizens of events Local, State, National and global that threaten to imperil our rights, guarantees, or republican form of government, or such as may imperil the sovereignty of our Country (Federation of States) by the undue influence of those who have forsaken their singular loyalty to our Country or Nation, and to the principles upon which they were founded.
To repel foreign aggression and invasions, by preparing and training for defense and by our encouraging and showing reason why all Americans (be they State Nationals or State Citizens) should stand stoutly against socialism, fascism, communism, humanism, and all forms of tyranny.
To suppress domestic insurrections, chaos and violence, by supporting and assisting the appropriate Officers of the Public Law in upholding and maintaining stability and cohesion in accordance with such Public Laws that do not present harm, instability, or jeopardy to our God given rights and guarantees as acknowledged and espoused in The Unanimous Declaration of Independence.
We do so declare and promise to ever stand in defense of the above to the best of our abilities, and upon our Lives, Fortunes, and Sacred Honor.”
